Wine & Food Pairing
Members only. $70 – 90 per person, minimum 8 guests, maximum 30 guests.
This presentation is a fun way to develop a basic understanding
of pairing wine with food. The session begins with an aroma sensory
challenge. Guests are asked to identify specific aromas in both
red and white wines. There will be a prize for the person who correctly
identifies the most aromas. The aroma challenge is followed by
a tasting of five currently released wines, including the Insignia.
After the guests become familiar with the wines, they will be served
five hor d’oeurves
which have been specifically prepared by a local chef to accompany
the wines. |
